A friend of mine
Clint started a clever idea for a simple gallery script. I grabbed it and added to it. The idea is simple, create a directory on your web server (PHP, Apache) and drop this index file inside it. Create a folder for the thumb nails and watch your Gallery spring to life. Yes its been done before.
Its in a beta stage, there are still a few known bugs and I really haven't tested it with massive amounts of pictures yet (200+), but feel free to download it and give it a try.
